Does Northernlines have any control over my policy?
None whatsoever. Northernlines will not make any changes to your policy without your approval. Northernlines will shop for you, but it’s up to you to decide if you want to change your policy or not. If you ask us to move forward with a quote you like, only then we’ll begin the paperwork to switch your policy.
